Responsibility
* Strategize, plan, execute and monitor 360 end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns, including produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
* Set brand standards and create procedures to ensure brand consistency (be the brand guardian)
* Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques, campaign and social trends
* Groom and lead regional creative teams and take ownership of end-to-end creative campaigns and output across branding, sales campaigns, social media and other marketing communications channels
* Supervise the team’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets


Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in leading a digital marketing team
- A creative and strategic thinker capable of working with data insight
- A solid understanding of design, copy, and content writing
- Strong record of managing brand, contributors, KOL relationship and agency relationship
- Proficiency in e-commerce and social media startegy
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and omni-channel marketing models
- Fluent in English
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to lead a team in Bandung

Responsibility
* Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layout
* Work with different department in order to fulfill a variety of projects
* Always up to date with design trends in our outside industries and think creative
* Conceptualizing creative ideas with the marketing team.
* Working with a team, give advice with regard to design style, format, and timescales.
* Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with our brand.
* Use digital illustration, photo and video editing software, and layout software to create designs.
* Testing and improving the design of the website.
* Present design concepts to the team.

Requirements:
- Female max-age 27
- Entry-level up to 2 years of experience in Graphic Design/similar roles
- Creative professional with technical skills for Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- High attention to details and design aesthetics Able to work with a wide range of medias- Able to translate a design brief into a visual outcome
- Able to keep up with the fast
- moving industry, prior experience in Fashion Retail will be a plus
- Good in teamwork and managing workload
- Willing to be placed in Bandung

Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Dapat mengaplikasikan word & excel dan terbiasa menggunakan system komputer
- Mempunyai pengalaman di bagian customer service online minimal 1 tahun
- Pernah mendapatkan pelatihan customer service
- Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
